  • I Choose To Hope

Hope is a passion for the possible

Hope is a powerful emotion that can help us navigate difficult times and find meaning in our lives. Even in the midst of challenges and uncertainty, we can choose to hold onto hope and use it as a source of strength and resilience. Choosing hope is not always easy, especially when we’re faced with adversity or struggle. It can be tempting to give in to despair and hopelessness, especially when it feels like the odds are stacked against us. But choosing hope means acknowledging the possibility of a better future and believing that we have the power to create it.

When we choose to hope, we’re not denying the reality of our current circumstances or ignoring the challenges that we face. Instead, we’re choosing to focus on the positive aspects of our lives and the potential for growth and change. We’re recognizing that even in the darkest of times, there is still a glimmer of hope and a chance for things to get better.

So, how can we choose to hope in our everyday lives? Here are a few tips:

    • Focus on the present moment: Instead of worrying about the past or the future, try to focus on the present moment. Practice mindfulness and gratitude by noticing the small things in life that bring you joy and appreciation.
    • Surround yourself with positivity: Seek out positive influences, such as uplifting music, inspiring books, and supportive friends and family members. Surrounding yourself with positivity can help you maintain a hopeful outlook, even when times are tough.
    • Set realistic goals: Setting realistic goals and working towards them can give you a sense of purpose and motivation. Celebrate your accomplishments, no matter how small, and use them as fuel to keep moving forward.
    • Take care of yourself: Prioritizing your physical and mental health is essential for maintaining a hopeful outlook. Engage in activities that bring you joy and relaxation, such as exercise, meditation, or spending time in nature.
    • Stay connected: Building and maintaining strong relationships with others can help us feel supported and connected. Reach out to friends and family members, or join a community group or organization that aligns with your values and interests.

Ultimately, choosing hope is a personal decision that requires courage and resilience. It’s not always easy, but it’s worth it. By choosing to hope, we can find meaning and purpose in our lives, even in the midst of challenges and uncertainty. Remember, hope is not a passive emotion, but an active choice that we can make each and every day.

  • Detour: A New Experience

Taking a detour in life can be a challenging and overwhelming experience, but it can also provide a new perspective on the journey of life. A detour can force us to step out of our comfort zones and see the world in a different light. It can also be an opportunity to learn and grow, both as an individual and in our relationships with others.

When we encounter a detour, it can be easy to focus on the negative aspects of the deviation from our planned path and we may feel frustrated, disappointed, or even lost. But it’s important to remember that detours are a natural part of life, and they can ultimately lead to greater understanding and appreciation of the journey.

One of the benefits of taking a detour is the opportunity to see things from a new perspective. When we’re on the familiar path, we tend to take things for granted and not notice the small details around us. But when we’re forced to take a different route, we’re more likely to pay attention to our surroundings and discover new things. This can be especially true when traveling, as detours can lead to finding hidden gems and unique experiences that we wouldn’t have found otherwise.

Additionally, detours can help us to appreciate the journey more fully. The detour itself may not be enjoyable, but it can give us a greater appreciation for the destination and the effort it took to get there. It can also help us to appreciate the people we meet along the way, and the lessons we learn from the detour.

So taking a detour in life can be a difficult and uncertain experience, but it can also be an opportunity for growth and a new perspective. It can help us to appreciate the journey and the people we meet along the way. So, next time you encounter a detour, try to keep an open mind and see it as an opportunity for something new and exciting.

Change is the law of nature. Whether you like it or not, things around you keep changing at its pace. Though, change symbolizes growth and urge to become better and better. Still my mind always becomes reluctant to accept change. Even though I know success comes at a cost of being away from home and adapting to a new environment. Accepting that thing will no longer be the same and close to you, becomes hard. Amidst all the chaos in mind I try my best to make myself understand, that everything happens for good and in the end I will be proud of myself. • Monkey mind

Hello, readers. This is my maiden blog and I am very exited while writing this. My brain likes to juggle whole time. So today I am sharing one of latest incidences occured to me. Have you observed how our mind keep switching subjects of interest, while we trying to stay focus on one thing. Yesterday I was sitting in room staring blank at my laptop screen. My mind like monkey started doing acrobats with my notions. Weird concepts started forming and dissolving.

My concepts of life, philosophy, and art begin to loose their shape and hue. Suddenly a gust of questions stared blowing in my head and made me ponder over their validity. I was thinking that our perception paints our reality. Right! But what if we stop perceiving outer world through filters that we have gathered over the years? If we remove all those filters then how would the world look like? How would people behave when no prejudices is working in their heads? Well I pictured that utopia and smiled. Sometimes it feels good trying think beyond our experience.

A lot of people are enslaved to stagnation in their life.
